EDF's comments on the decision by the Council of State for TURPE 3
EDF has noted the cancellation of the decision regarding TURPE 3 (regulated tariffs for electricity networks) by the Council of State and provides clarifications on the following points:
- The decision by the Council of State does not relate to EDF's integrated tariffs and therefore implies no repayment from EDF to its customers as they are not affected.
- EDF considers that this decision should not have an impact on the Group's financial results.
New information available in June 2013 following the electricity regulator (CRE) consultation will clarify the practical arrangements implementing this decision.
