According to the court documents associated with the case, the plaintiff was driving her vehicle on March 12, 2005 at or about the intersection of SW 88 Street and SW 91 Avenue, Pinecrest, MIAMI-DADE County, Florida. The court documents allege that at that point, a vehicle being driven by one of the defendants with the permission of the other defendant who owned that vehicle collided with the plaintiff at approximately 9:46 p.m. 

The court documents further allege that the defendant who was driving the vehicle that allegedly hit the plaintiff's vehicle was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. The claim also asserts that the defendant owner of the vehicle either knew or should have known about the state of intoxication of the other defendant.
