Oslo (2012-12-19): On 18 December 2012 the Yara employee share trust ("Stiftelsen For Ansattes Aksjer i Yara") purchased 884 Yara shares in the market at an average price of NOK 276.10 per share, as part of Yara's employee share purchase program in Norway. On the same date, 734 Yara employees purchased 26 Yara shares each at NOK 226.80 per share from the Yara employee share trust. Every permanent Yara employee in Norway can take part in the annual offer to buy Yara shares to a value of NOK 7,500 with a tax-exempt discount of NOK 1,500.
