NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Dec 19, 2012) - MOSCOT, a New York City institution renowned worldwide for its iconic eyewear -- The MOSCOT Originals, MOSCOT Spirit, and MOSCOT Sun Collections -- today announced the MOSCOT Timeline Project, which invites fans to share their memories of its iconic 118 Orchard Street shop from the past eight decades, as the company prepares to "cross Delancey" to 108 Orchard Street.
Their iconic building at 118 Orchard Street having been sold, MOSCOT will move to 108 Orchard Street this spring. MOSCOT is asking fans to help preserve 77 years of great times and happy memories -- and history -- by contributing to the MOSCOT Timeline Project, already replete with the Moscot family's own historical photos and artifacts. By asking MOSCOT fans to send anything and everything MOSCOT Orchard Street related, MOSCOT hopes to augment its historical archive to display in its new shop for generations of fans to come.
