The Extra General Meeting (EGM), held on December 7, 2012, approved a rights issue, whereby shareholders of series A are entitled to twelve (12) new A-shares for every two (2) A-shares held. The subscription price is SEK 0.10 per share. The Ex-date is January 3, 2013. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options, forwards and futures in PA Resources (PAR).
