Comverge Executive Frank Lacey Elected to the Board of Directors of the Association for Demand Response & Smart Grid

Lacey Brings More Than 20 Years' Government Relations and Regulatory Strategy Expertise to the ADS Board


NORCROSS, Ga., Jan. 3, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Comverge, Inc., the leading provider of Intelligent Energy Management solutions for Residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers, today announced that Frank Lacey, vice president of regulatory and market strategy, has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Association for Demand Response & Smart Grid (ADS).

ADS is a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC that focuses on the development and exchange of information among policymakers, utilities, technology companies and other stakeholders. It includes member companies and organizations, as well as individuals, who work in or are interested in the demand response and smart grid space. Lacey will join the Board with five other newly-elected members, including: Steve Cowell (Conservation Services Group), Gary Fromer (Constellation), Christopher Gillman (Duke Energy), Mike Hyland (American Public Power Association) and Jay Shaver (GE).
