Pérez will provide leadership for the company's nuclear conduct of operations and for expanding System One's global nuclear portfolio. Pérez joins System One from Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC, where he retired in late 2012 from the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. He served at Westinghouse for more than 30 years in executive roles, including Senior Vice President of Nuclear Power Plants and Nuclear Services. His career at Westinghouse included operational leadership and customer project roles for nuclear utilities and facilities in every continent of the world.

Pérez holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master's degree in Energy Resources from the University of Pittsburgh. He is an active member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and Pittsburgh Metro Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
