Cision AB signs USD 75 million Credit Facility

Cision AB (publ) signed a USD 75 million three-year Credit Facility (the
“Facility”) with a group of three banks on February 6, 2013.
The Facility will be used to refinance Cision’s existing syndicated facility of
USD 62 million and CAD 28 million, originally entered into on October 4, 2006.
DNB Bank ASA will act as Facility Agent and Arranger together with SEB and
Nykredit Bank who will act as Arrangers in this new Facility.
