SilverSun Technologies Announces Acquisition of Sage Business Accounts of Software Generation

LIVINGSTON, NJ--(Marketwire - Feb 12, 2013) -  SilverSun Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: SSNT) (OTCQB: SSNT), a company engaged in delivering transformational business technology solutions and services, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, SWK Technologies, Inc., has completed the acquisition of the Sage business partner accounts of Colleyville, Texas-based SGEN, LLC (d/b/a Software Generation); and has retained several of its personnel, who will operate out of SWK's new regional office in Dallas, Texas.
