ERAMET's Board of Directors met on March 21st, 2013 under the chairmanship of Mr Patrick Buffet, Chairman & CEO of ERAMET.
After resolving, in its previous meeting of February 24th, 2013, to put an increase in the maximum number of its members from 15 to 17 to the Shareholders' General Meeting of May 15th, 2013, the Board of Directors of ERAMET decided on March 21st, 2013 to put the appointment of two new directors to a vote at the same General Meeting:
- Mr Michel Antseleve, representing the Gabonese Republic, whom the Board co-opted today as observer until the date of the General Meeting;
- M. Frédéric Tona, as an independent director.
