PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FROM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS RELEASE FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2012
As announced to the market on March 27, 2013, the Company has decided to delay the release of its 2012 Annual Report, Financial Statements and Financial Statements Release. The delay is due to pending clarification with regards to Company’s future development as described below. However, in order to keep the market as fully informed as possible, the Company has decided to disclose a summary of the key figures from the financial year 2012. The Company aims to clarify the future developments and publish its Annual Report, Financial Statements and Financial Statements Release for the financial year 2012 as soon as possible.
As disclosed on March 22,2013 GeoSentric is negotiating with an acquisition target company in order to execute a reverse takeover and has received a commitment for additional short-term funding from its key investors. This short-term funding enables GeoSentric to complete the acquisition, or in the event of non-completion, orderly wind-down of its business. The company aims to receive further information on the developments in the near future prior to releasing the Annual Report, Financial Statements and Financial Statements Release from the financial year 2012.
The preliminary figures disclosed herein are not audited and are prepared on going concern assumptions. The Company has received a commitment, however, has not as yet received the actual funds for the financing, which shall secure the sufficient working capital to finance its operations for the following 12 months period.
