Michel Combes has decided to resign from the Board of Directors of ISS A/S and ISS World Services A/S following his appointment as new CEO of Alcatel-Lucent.
Michel Combes has been on the Board of Directors of ISS since July 2010.
"We thank Michel for his contribution to ISS and wish him much success in his new endeavours", said Ole Andersen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ISS A/S.
