Change in the Board of Directors of ISS

Michel Combes has decided to resign from the Board of Directors of ISS A/S and ISS World Services A/S following his appointment as new CEO of Alcatel-Lucent.

Michel Combes has been on the Board of Directors of ISS since July 2010.
