IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 9, 2013) - Sage North America today announced the opening of registration for its annual customer, value-added reseller (VAR), and development partner conference, Sage Summit. The conference will be held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in Washington, D.C. July 21-26, 2013. This year's event will deliver an enhanced Sage City networking experience, along with high-quality business and technical education.
Sage City, the signature networking event and kickoff to the customer conference, has been updated with role-based networking opportunities. Attendees will benefit from connecting with like-minded individuals in a collaborative environment to discuss hot topics and ideate solutions to solve business problems. Small groups, facilitated by Sage business partners, will share discussion outcomes that will be displayed for the remainder of the conference to encourage continued conversations. Sage City participants will have the ability to also recommend new session topics, which will be explored in Idea Xchange sessions delivered later in the conference. All Idea Xchange topics are customer-driven and will derive from recommendations made at Sage City. These first-of-a-kind sessions will allow customers to further their knowledge in their specific areas of interest before leaving Washington, D.C.
Sage Summit 2013 also offers a wide range of workshops, sessions, and hands-on opportunities. The Sage Marketplace Live Expo gives attendees a chance to interact with exhibitors, trying out the latest applications and discovering what products are available to address a specific business issue; it all will be interactive and organized by industry. Education will focus on giving partners and customers a deeper understanding of their Sage business solutions and technology trends, allowing them to go home with several tips and tricks that will free their time to focus on the more important aspects of their business.
Multiple training opportunities are available to business partners and customers before Sage Summit begins. The first timer's series gives first-time attendees a sneak peek at what to expect and a little extra hand holding so they are ready to reap all the benefits of the conference. Google+ Hangouts On Air provide content from industry experts on relevant topics, providing just a snippet of what attendees will learn on site.
