Pursuant to section 29 of Danish Securities Trading Act, FirstFarms A/S hereby announces to have received information from Henrik Hougaard, Skaarupgaard, DK-9870 Sindal, that he through his ownership of Thoraso ApS, Skiold Holding ApS and private now owns 553,937 shares at nominal DKK 10 in FirstFarms A/S, corresponding to DKK 5,539,370 of the share capital in FirstFarms A/S. Henrik Hougaard has as per today 11.76 percent of the voting rights in FirstFarms A/S.
