NetBrain Introduces Customizable Network Automation in Release 5.0

BURLINGTON, MA--(Marketwired - Apr 11, 2013) - NetBrain Technologies, creator of Map-Driven Network Automation software, today released the latest version of their flagship product -- Enterprise Suite Version 5.0. This update represents NetBrain's largest release to date, providing the industry's first customizable network automation and map-driven network change management platforms.

With Version 5.0, NetBrain enhances its network diagram software and introduces a customizable scripting technology called Automation Procedures. These sample-driven scripts can be written, without scripting experience, to automate a wide range of network management tasks. Out of the box, NetBrain 5.0 contains hundreds of built-in Automation Procedures for troubleshooting, change verification and compliance.

Additionally, version 5.0 features a new Network Change Management module which allows users to automatically push configuration changes, analyze their impact, and document the results. This module is designed to make network changes more efficient and less risky.
