Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Further to the RNS announcements for the Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights for Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc on 4 April at 18:06, 8 April 2013 at 00:01 and 8 April at 16:54 the issued share capital has been amended to reflect the correct positions. The corrections are included below.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company on 4 April 2013 is: 21,323,875 Ordinary Shares.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company on 5 April 2013 is: 22,234,653 Ordinary Shares.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company on 8 April 2013 is: 22,598,516 Ordinary Shares.
