WaveTec Vision Announces VerifEye(TM) - A New Hardware Upgrade for the ORA System(R); Preview at ASCRS Annual Symposium April 19-23

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 16, 2013) - WaveTec Vision's proprietary ORA System®, which is now being used to improve the accuracy of cataract surgery in more than 5,000 procedures each month, is undergoing a significant upgrade that provides critical feedback on eye stability. VerifEye™ is a new monitoring system that provides ophthalmic surgeons continuous refractive information for more refined visual outcomes.
