TiE SV Names CloudVelocity, Elasticbox, Lyatiss, One Convergence, Pertino and Plexxi as Lightning Round Winners for SDI Track at TiEcon 2013

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwired - May 10, 2013) - The Silicon Valley Chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE SV) named CloudVelocity, Elasticbox, Lyatiss, One Convergence, Pertino and Plexxi as Lightning Round Winners in the Software Defined Infrastructure (SDI) Track at TiEcon 2013. Winners will be honored at TiEcon 2013 on Friday, May 17, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA, and will have the opportunity to present their pitch to the entire SDI track at the event. SDI includes companies in Software defined networks (SDN), Software defined storage (SDS) and Software defined infrastructure management (SDIM).

Lightning Round winners are recognized for their leadership among peers and their game-changing approaches and technologies that are likely to disrupt existing markets and entrenched players. Winners were selected by the TiEcon 2013 content advisory team based on a set of criteria, including innovation, market potential and commercialization.
