MISSISSAUGA, Canada, May 21, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Canadian Plastics Industry Association (CPIA) is pleased to announce that Amir Karim, Vice-President, Business Development, Polykar (St. Laurent, QC) was elected Chair of the Board of Directors for a two-year term at the CPIA Annual General Meeting held May 13, 2013.
In addition, CPIA is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to its Board of Directors including Laurie Borg, NexCycle Canada (Brampton, ON); Rob Miller, Wittmann Canada Inc. (Richmond Hill, ON); and Vernon Allen, Al-Pack Enterprises Ltd. (Allison, NB).
