In connection with the general shareholders' meeting to be held on 23 May 2013 at 10.00, the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Lerøy Seafood Group ASA, Helge Singelstad, has received powers of attorney and will represent a total of 37,792,473 shares. Some of the powers of attorney have voting instructions. The powers of attorney are only valid at this annual general meeting. Helge Singelstad will represent shares corresponding to 69.67% of the share capital.
