According to eMarketer, video will soon account for 14.5 percent of all U.S. digital-ad revenue by 2016, up from 7.9 percent last year. While Forrester found that RTB has been the fastest-growing segment of the online video advertising market overall -- growing more than 100% from 2011 to 2012, and forecasts to grow more than 70% in 2013, also predicting that by 2014, real-time bidding (RTB) in online video advertising will account for 24.7% of all U.S. online video spending -- or $1.14 billion.
