The Company is pleased to announce that Jim Seto has agreed to join the board, subject to shareholder approval to increase the number of directors to six, and in the meantime he will be acting as an advisor to the board.
Mr. Seto has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with previous senior positions held including Corporate Vice President, Foundry Operations at AMD and Vice President NPI Engineering and ASIC Operations at ATI. The Board and Management are very pleased to have Mr. Seto join the Board, bringing his extensive technical and operational experience to the Company. Mr. Seto is an Engineer and a graduate of the University of Waterloo (Bachelor of Applied Science - EE) and obtained his Master of Engineering (Electrical) at Carleton University.
The Company has issued 150,000 common shares to R. Stephen Bower, a former director of the Company, in payment of services rendered to the Company in the amount of $49,500. The shares will be subject to a four month hold period ending September 28, 2013.
