MacAulay-Brown, Inc. Executive Elected to AFCEA Board of Directors


DAYTON, Ohio, June 3, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company providing innovative engineering and technical solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, announced today that Mark Sinclair, Vice President of MacB's Warfighter Support Division, Mission Systems Group (MSG) has been elected to serve a two-year term on the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Board of Directors.

As a member of the Board, Sinclair will be an integral part of the AFCEA volunteer leadership team. He will join current Board members to provide direction to the organization's events, committees and publications. Sinclair has spent the previous three years serving one-year terms as an Associate Director on AFCEA's Board of Directors.

Mark Sinclair is Vice President of MacB's Warfighter Support Division, which focuses on providing support to military forces at the operational level. Prior to joining MacB, he was Vice President of Business Development in the Aviation and Joint Solutions Sector at General Dynamics. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps where he served as a Command and Control Systems officer for more than 25 years. Sinclair holds Master's degrees in International Relations and National Strategic Studies, a Bachelor's degree in History and is a graduate of the Marine Corps' Basic and Advance Command and Control Systems Course and the Naval War College. He is a Life Member of AFCEA and a 2001 recipient of the AFCEA Meritorious Service Award.
