Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA has exercised its call option for ISIN NO 001 060983.7 FRN Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2011/2014 (the "Bond"). The Bond issue will be redeemed on 18 July 2013 at 104% of par (plus accrued interest and unpaid interest). The record date will be 16 July 2013. Norsk Tillitsmann ASA acts as trustee for the holder of the Bond.
