Giordano Premiere's Chairman stated "We are pleased to announce that in conjunction with our strategy to develop our Advisory Services subsidiary known as Trident Merchant Group, Inc., we have signed an agreement with Hispanica International Delights of America, Inc. ("HIDA") and will be assisiting HIDA in the going public process.
HIDA has an exclusive license with Gran Nevada Beverage www.grannevadabeverage.com to distribute all of Gran Nevada's beverages and future food products. Their products serve the feverishly brand loyal Hispanic community and HIDA is looking to grow rapidly in this market segment as well as other ethnic markets with their specialty brands.
We expect that HIDA will be filing a registration statement to go public with the Securities and Exchange Commission within the next 30 days. It is expected that once HIDA has become a public company the common shares of HIDA will be distributed to the shareholders of Premiere.
In addition, the shares of Direct LED, Inc will also be distributed to our shareholders once they attain the approval by FINRA of its 15c2-11 filing. At that point Direct LED will have a symbol and bid/ask market which will then allow us to provide our shareholders with a value added equity component outside their ownership of Premiere Opportunities Group, Inc.
We are also in discussions with several other companies for similar services and we are extremely encouraged that this side of our business model which is meeting with substantial demand will provide our "shareholders of record " with an equity stake in many different public companies over the next several years."
