The Annual General Meeting of Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA was held today. All the proposals from the Board of Director's were resolved, except item 7 regarding power of attorney to the Board of Directors for acquisitions of the company's own shares.
Maria Moræus Hanssen was elected as new board member.
