Tom Buckett: Buckett joins Heidrick & Struggles with a focus on Real Estate and Asset Management across Europe. Previously, Buckett was a partner with a leading global executive search firm and a member of their financial services practice, helping to build that firm's presence in Europe. Earlier, he worked at another leading global executive search firm across asset management, real estate and corporate investment banking. Buckett began his career at ING Barings.

George Corbett: For the past 13 years, Corbett co-founded and ran a market leading boutique search firm with offices in London and Hong Kong that specialized within the transaction banking arena. Corbett has done extensive work on a global basis in asset servicing, custody, cash management and trade finance and is a recognized expert in the field. He was previously a director with another international search firm.
- Andrew MacLeod: MacLeod joins the firm with over 25 years' experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, he was head at Euromedica, a European Life Sciences Boutique, where he built the business and the team over 13 years. MacLeod has extensive global executive search experience covering all Life Sciences industry sectors – pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical technology. Prior to executive search, MacLeod's industry career included roles with Glaxo Group Research within the clinical and regulatory division and international product development for Procter & Gamble's over-the-counter business.
