Armtec Infrastructure Inc. Announces Final Director Voting Results

GUELPH, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 25, 2013) - Armtec Infrastructure Inc. ("Armtec" or the "Corporation") (TSX:ARF) (TSX:ARF.DB) today announced the final director election results from the 2013 annual and special meeting of its shareholders held on June 24, 2013.

The director nominees listed in the table below were all elected as directors of the Corporation for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed.
