The subscription period for RomReal Ltd("the Company") rights issue of up to 98,494,720 new shares ("the Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 0.125 ("the Subscription Price") per Offer Share, with subscription rights for existing shareholders as of the end of 10 June 2013, ended on 28 June 2013. The final result of the Rights Issue is that 68,545,300 shares, representing 69.6 per cent of the shares will be allotted to the subscribers in accordance with their ordinary subscription rights, while 29,949,420 shares, representing 30.4 per cent of the shares offered, will be allotted to the subscribers that have over-subscribed pro rata in relation to their ordinary subscriptions, in accordance with previous announcements made by the Company.
Through the Rights Issue, RomReal will receive proceeds amounting to approximately NOK 12.3 million before transaction related costs.
Through the Rights Issue RomReal's share capital will increase by EUR 98,495 to EUR 103,420. The number of shares will increase by 98,494,720 shares to 103,419,456 shares.
Trading in new shares subscribed is expected to start on or about 12 July 2013.
