TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Jul 9, 2013) - Hogan Assessment Systems today announced that the company's vice president of research and innovation, Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic, has been selected by Workforce Management as a 2013 Game Changer. Chamorro-Premuzic and the other Game Changers will be profiled in the August issue of Workforce Management as well as on the publication's website.
The third annual Game Changers awards recognize those next-generation workplace leaders under the age of 40 who have proven that they have dedicated themselves to the growth and success of the HR industry. All nominees were judged on their professional accomplishments as well as their other achievements, with the winners selected by Workforce Management's senior writers and editors.
Chamorro-Premuzic was selected as a Game Changer for the substantial contributions he has made to the field of personality assessment. He has taken the science as it relates to talent and performance to the next level to uncover aspects of personality that contribute to workplace success, derailment, leadership potential and team building. A leading innovator in the field, Chamorro-Premuzic has designed, validated and co-developed a large number of psychometric tools, pioneered the development of interactive and multimedia situational judgment tests and developed a comprehensive psychometric test for assessing entrepreneurial talent.
