In his new position, Hopper will be responsible for all core company operations, including product development and implementation, business administration, consumer marketing and customer relations.
Bringing with him an extensive background in tribal administration and finance, Hopper previously served the Otoe-Missouria as Tribal Council Treasurer. He began his career with American Web Loan in November, 2012 as a liaison to the Board of Directors.
