Chicago Business Leader Gives Inspirational Talk at SIM's Regional Leadership Forum

WHEATON, IL--(Marketwired - Jul 19, 2013) - Tom LaMantia, Managing Director, Magenium Solutions, gave an invited talk on the topic of managerial leadership at the Society for Informational Management's (SIM) Regional Leadership Forum (RLF) that took place in Chicago on July 16th.

Mr. LaMantia's talk was titled "Chaos of Me" and was centered on taking complex leadership and managerial problems and identifying unique solutions. Mr. LaMantia shared insights and lessons learned, both professionally and personally, culled from his vast experience as a CIO and IT Professional, entrepreneur, inventor, business owner and investor.

SIM's Regional Leadership Forum is an intensive, ten-month leadership development program focused on creating authentic leaders. Since 1992 over 3000 graduates and more than 300 sponsors have found RLF the key to developing leadership effectiveness.
