Thirty-Five Ranch Sites in Birch Creek Ranch and 24 Homesteads and Three Homes in Palisades Bench Will Be Offered at Auction on August 10; Several of the Properties Will Sell Absolute Through J. P. King Auction Company


SWAN VALLEY, ID--(Marketwired - Jul 23, 2013) - Located in Swan Valley, Idaho, several scenic ranch sites and mountain homes located in Birch Creek Ranch and Palisades Bench will be offered at auction. Several of the homesteads and one custom home will sell absolute with no minimums and no reserves. Both properties are ready to build and are a short drive from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. 

"I fell in love with the Swan Valley area after I took a vacation to Jackson Hole," said Jeff Sanders, who is selling the properties on August 10. "I thought these would be great properties for people that wanted the access and scenery of Jackson Hole without the Jackson Hole prices."

Six homesteads and one custom home will sell absolute with no minimums or reserves to the highest bidder.
