LANCASTER, NY--(Marketwired - Jul 23, 2013) - Ecology and Environment, Inc. (E & E) (NASDAQ: EEI) announced July 22, 2013 that its Board of Directors had declared a six month dividend of 24 cents per share payable on or before August 9, 2013. The Company is changing the record date from July 22, 2013 to July 31, 2013.
