Headliners for the series include "American Idol" alumna and "Dancing with the Stars" winner Kellie Pickler, rock band Better Than Ezra, and country star Chris Cagle. North Carolina native Kellie Pickler first came to the national stage in 2005 when she competed on "American Idol." Since finishing sixth on the show, she has released three records with hits such as "Red High Heels," "Don't You Know You're Beautiful," "Best Days of Your Life" and "Tough." Pickler recently won the sixteenth season of "Dancing with the Stars" with partner Derek Hough. She will perform on The Lawn at L'Auberge Baton Rouge Friday, October 11. Texas A&M alumnus Robert Earl Keen opens for Pickler the day before the LSU vs. Texas A&M University game.
New Orleans-based rock band Better Than Ezra returns to The Lawn at L'Auberge Baton Rouge Friday, October 11. Since the band's inception in Baton Rouge in 1988, they have sold out venues across the country and produced hits such as "Good," "Desperately Wanting," and "King of New Orleans." The band is currently writing music for their eighth album. Sister Hazel, alternative rock back from Gainesville, Florida, opens for Better Than Ezra the day before the LSU vs. University of Florida game.
