NEW YORK, July 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RHR International Company, a world leader in executive and organizational development, announces the appointment of Gregory A. Janicik, MBA, Ph.D. to the position of Partner in the firm's New York office.
Dr. Janicik is a seasoned management consulting professional with a track record of designing and implementing successful engagements that help senior leaders drive change and achieve results. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries including technology, financial services, life sciences, retail, and media & entertainment. His areas of expertise include CEO and C-Suite Succession, Senior Team Effectiveness, Executive Assessment and Development, M&A Integration and Organization Design.

Prior to joining RHR International, Dr. Janicik enjoyed significant success with Mercer Delta and Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting as well as with his own firm. Achievements included managing the post-acquisition talent integration for a major pharmaceutical company and building the foundation for an enhanced talent management function within a $5B technology corporation.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Janicik was a full-time faculty member of the New York University Stern School of Business. While at NYU, he consulted to CEOs and senior teams of small and midsize companies experiencing fast-paced growth. During this time, Dr. Janicik conducted research on senior teams, and published articles on topics related to team synchronization and its impact on team decision-making and effectiveness. Before receiving his advanced degrees, he held various roles in marketing and product management for Hitachi Medical Systems America, Inc. and Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
Dr. Janicik received his doctorate in Managerial and Organizational Behavior from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
