Liepaja, 2013-08-27 09:05 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Joint Stock Company informs that today 26.08.2013 implementation plan of the legal protection process (LPP) has been submitted to Liepaja Court. The Court is to review the plan and to make a judgment according to procedure defined by law.
LPP plan was prepared with the aim to renew company's production and profitability, however legally it will come into force only after a positive court decision. According to the plan, LPP administrator is Haralds Velmers.
