In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. the Danish Executive Order no. 668 of 25 June 2012 on major shareholders, the following is hereby announced:
KKR NTC S.à.r.l. has informed TDC A/S that as of today, KKR NTC S.à r.l. has unconditionally agreed to dispose all of its shares and voting rights in TDC A/S. Following the disposal, KKR NTC S.à r.l. will not directly or indirectly own any shares or voting rights in TDC A/S.
