On September 18 2013 GXG Markets Admission Committee admitted DKTI A/S to trading on the GXG Official List. GXG Regulatory team has decided to trade halt the Company from the September 19 2013 at 09:00 until the company has:
- taken necessary steps to ensure that the Company has an adequate organization to manage its status as admitted to trading on a regulated market and,
- provided the market with a business plan describing the activities of the Company, including:
· its future plans,
· how it fulfills the requirement for three years of trading history,
· the progress around Dandrit Biotech A/S
DKTI A/S will call an extraordinary general meeting shortly in order to take the necessary steps to meet the requirements set forth by GXG Regulatory team.
