LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 27, 2013) - In response to Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge, Kathleen A. Kennedy's, decisive ruling clearing Los Angeles based event producer and Insomniac CEO, Pasquale Rotella, of four embezzlement charges against him, Rotella's attorney, Gary Jay Kaufman, has issued the following statement:
"We are extremely pleased with the Court's ruling this morning. The ruling confirms what we've maintained from day one -- that Mr. Rotella didn't steal a penny from the Coliseum -- he paid money.
Now almost two years since the beginning of this investigation, two civil judges and one criminal judge have come to this same conclusion.
Today's ruling is a giant step toward what we expect to be a full and complete exoneration of Mr. Rotella."
