Ancestry.com Inc. Shareholder Litigation Dismissed


PROVO, Utah, Sept. 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On September 27, 2013, Chancellor Strine of the Delaware Court of Chancery granted the motions to dismiss that had been filed by the defendants in the litigation captioned In re: Ancestry.com Inc. Shareholder Litigation (Consolidated C.A. No. 7988) and dismissed plaintiffs' amended complaint with prejudice.
