WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - Oct 1, 2013) - Judicial Watch announced today that on Tuesday, October 1 it will hold a press conference announcing a lawsuit filed on behalf of Kawa Orthodontics in an effort to force Obamacare to conform to the rule of law as it applies to the employer mandate.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, includes both employer and individual mandates to take effect in 2014. In early July, the Obama administration unilaterally delayed the employer mandate for one year.
