DALLAS, Oct. 2, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PMFG, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq:PMFG) today announced that it has filed a definitive proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission related to its annual meeting of stockholders to be held on November 14, 2013 at the Company's headquarters.
At the annual meeting, the Company's stockholders will be asked to (i) elect two directors to serve until the 2016 annual meeting of stockholders; (ii) conduct an advisory vote on the Company's executive compensation program and (iii) ratify the appointment of Grant Thornton, LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 28, 2014.
The Company will report the final voting results, or the preliminary voting results if the final voting results are unavailable, in a Current Report on Form 8-K within four business days following the Annual Meeting.
