ClassOne Announces Success of Semitool Lift & Rotate Refurbishment Business

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Oct 4, 2013) -  ClassOne Equipment announced today that it has achieved rapid growth and success in the sale and refurbishment of Lift & Rotate Assemblies for Semitool® Equinox, LT210, L210C and Raider tools. ClassOne is currently on track to complete its 50^th Lift & Rotate refurbishment by the end of this quarter. "By any metric including orders, shipments, or revenue our Lift and Rotate business is setting records," said Richard Dotson, ClassOne Equipment's Controller. "This year has seen a very large growth rate in the business resulting in substantial increases over last year's results." 

In 2012, the Wet Process Division of ClassOne Equipment introduced a new service to refurbish customer's Lift and Rotates as well as sell their own refurbished units that meet or exceed the original manufacturer's specifications. Win Carpenter, Vice President of ClassOne Equipment's Wet Process Division, added, "We are continuing to add resources to this highly successful program to support increasing customer demand; this year alone we have won the lift and rotate assembly refurbishment business of 7 large semiconductor and MEMs fabs. We have expanded our capabilities to continue to provide the highest quality and level of service for this important program. For example, we have recently engineered our own replacement Extended-Z Lift-Rotate Card composed of modern components that will be available for years to come, providing a source of spares and helping to keep existing tools running smoothly."
