First Smart Phone with Precise Biometrics’ Technology

Precise Biometrics’ (http://www.precisebiometrics.com/) algorithm is now
integrated in a smart phone as the result of the partnership with Fingerprint
Cards (http://www.fingerprints.com/) (FPC).
The first smart phone that integrates a FPC sensor with Precise Biometrics
Algorithm Precise BioMatch™
Mobile (http://www.precisebiometrics.com/Precise_BioMatch_Mobile) has been
introduced on the Asian market.  This release is the first of its kind since
Precise Biometrics announced in August 2013 that they had entered in an
agreement (http://feed.ne.cision.com/wpyfs/00/00/00/00/00/20/C6/67/release.html)
with FPC, a manufacturer of fingerprint sensors.

Precise BioMatch™ Mobile is based on the same algorithm that was top ranked in
MINEX and Ongoing MINEX, tests conducted by the U.S. NIST (National Institute of
Standards and Technology).

Precise BioMatch™ Mobile is optimized for smart phones and tablets with
integrated fingerprint sensors. In addition to biometric performance, speed and
footprint advantages it also provides efficient handling of rotated
fingerprints. This is a crucial feature for the user experience in a mobile
environment, and a major advantage over competitive products.
