"The theme of the NAHQ conference for this year is the triple crown of quality: Communication, Collaboration & Connection. I am very excited to have the opportunity to present on a topic that fits well within this framework, as it relates to the regulatory components under the new value-based purchasing paradigm for patient-centered care," said Felicia Sadler, MJ BSN RN CPHQ, VP of Quality & Performance.
Healthcare organizations, across the care continuum, must ensure their staff possesses the communication skills and the interpersonal competence necessary to develop patient relationships that result in a positive patient experience.
