(Nasdaq:EIGI) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 21,051,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Endurance. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on October 25, 2013 under the symbol "EIGI." In addition, Endurance has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,157,650 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price.
