Brooke Budke was hired in September of this year at the position of Director of Marketing and Dan Hannay was promoted this month to Regional Director.
Before being hired by TITLE Boxing Club, Budke served as the Manager of Brand Messaging at Silpada Designs Jewelry, where she served as an integral member of the sales and marketing teams, supporting and creating marketing campaigns for more than 33,000 independent business owners across the U.S., U.K., Canada, the U.S. Spanish market and the Canadian French market. Prior to this, Budke was a contributing editor and fitness model with KC Fitness Magazine and she also served on several non-profit committees to better the health and education of women and children.
At TITLE Boxing Club, Budke is responsible for further developing the brand by creating branded campaigns on an on-going basis. It will be her priority to ensure franchisees are getting all of the information and tools needed to be successful and she will be working collectively with all other directors, adding marketing campaigns throughout the company. Budke explained, "In my prior job experiences, I have worked with large groups of independent business owners and I have always had a strong fitness background. Adding to the experienced TITLE Boxing Club Home Office leadership team, the company promoted Dan Hannay from owner of two Indianapolis-area TITLE Boxing Clubs to Regional Director. Prior to TITLE, Hannay spent 24 years with Toys R Us where, in that time, he held the positions of Store Manager, District Manager and five different Director and Senior Director roles at the corporate office in New Jersey. He also held the company's first Director of Operations position.
Now as part of the executive team at TITLE Boxing Club, Hannay will coach franchisees in the 19 states of his region to operate positive and profitable clubs, help develop and deploy Franchise Resource Guides and he will be responsible for the Brand Score of the entire West coast and the Southern half of the United States, which measures the consistency of the brand and customer experience.
