CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - November 19, 2013) - Becknell Industrial announced that with its recent acquisitions and development starts, the Company now owns interests in 101 properties totaling more than 10 million square feet.
In December 2011, Becknell renewed and expanded a long-standing relationship with a major institutional investor and initiated an expansion plan. Since that time, the Company's portfolio has grown more than 40% through the acquisition of 1.8 million square feet and build-to-suit developments totaling 1.3 million square feet.
