A conference call will follow at 10:00 a.m. EST to discuss the Company's first quarter fiscal 2014 financial results and second quarter fiscal 2014 guidance. The Company believes that the change in its earnings release date will allow the Company to include, in its second quarter fiscal 2014 guidance, the anticipated contribution of its previously announced acquisition of the Multitest and Everett Charles Technologies businesses from affiliates of Dover Corporation, which the Company anticipates closing prior to the earnings release date.
